• Refunds are available only if no design work has started on your project.

• Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds for:

• Completed or partially completed projects

• Changes in your business needs after work has started

• Delays caused by missing information or late responses from you
